What you will learn
Hand building a ceramic piece from scratch. Pinch and mould clay to make a mug, a bowl or a mini trinket dish. Learn how to add decoration to it and carve it. Create your first clay masterpiece!
What is included
- Clay to create your piece and all tools to be used during the workshops
- Guided techniques for creating and carving your piece using hand building technique
-Pick any object like a mug, bowl or trinket dish to make, carve or emboss
- Glazing and firing of your final piece in the kiln to turn clay into ceramic
– Get your piece ready to be picked up after 4/5 weeks.
– You will need to either pick it up yourself or schedule a courier pick up to collect your pieces
Timing - 1.5 hours workshop
Location - Powai
Price - Rs. 2200 per person per session, to be paid at the time of booking a slot
Day and time slot can also be fixed as per convenience and studio availability if you’re a group of 2 or more.
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
- This is a hand building workshop and not a wheel pottery workshop
- Booking amount must be paid in full advance to book a spot. Please feel free to DM and confirm all details before you make a payment for a booking.
- STRICTLY - No cancellation, no refund. In case you cannot attend an experience, we allow one rescheduling basis studio availability or you may transfer your booking to another person, only once. Please contact us via DM to confirm the same. No shows for workshops will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- For all workshops your pieces will be glazed and fired by us. Choice of glazes used will be at our discretion based on what’s available at that studio.
- Pieces that develop crack during any stage of the process - drying or first firing - will not be glaze fired, and handed over to you in that stage.
- You will need to pick up your pieces from the studio yourself once they’re ready and we will not courier/post any pieces to anyone.
