This hands-on, beginner friendly pottery workshop introduces you to two traditional pottery techniques.
First you learn about Slab Rolling for making plates and then you use the Sgraffito technique for decorating your plate.
By the end of the session you would have created your unique clay plate, painted it with ceramic colours and carved your own design on it.
We will handle the bisque firing and glaze firing from pre-selected colours. The entire process of drying, firing, glazing etc. takes 4-5 weeks after which your ceramic artwork plate will be ready. You need to get your piece collected or couriered.
